Dan has always been easy to work with, he was able to come on site and refurb two of our mills. Very reasonable prices, and timelines.
I have been in the Machine Repair Business for quite some time now, and have had my fair share of business. Dan's Machine tool is honestly a great choice. They have helpful customer service and are straight to the point. Their prices are fair and don't try to sell you stuff on things you don't need. Great business partner.
They talk up the customer service but don't count on it. I purchased a piece of machinery from the owner. The problem wasn't apparent until I attempted to use it. So much for a 90 day warranty, would not return a phone call. I never asked for a refund, never asked to return it...simply asked for assistance in locating parts.
Very knowledgeable and trustworthy business. Quality repair staff knows how to restore your machine at a fair price. Call them.
Good place for lathes, mills, saws etc. Knowledgeable and pleasant! Great source for repairs as well!
