Rude, Unprofessional, and Completely Disappointing Experience I had an appointment scheduled for 5:10 PM, but wasn’t taken in until 5:50 PM — with no apology, no explanation, nothing. The front desk staff was extremely cold and unfriendly, treating me like I was invisible. If appointments mean nothing, why bother offering them? This is by far the worst haircut I’ve ever had – and it wasn’t cheap either. I specifically asked for a style that would be easier to manage, but what I got was the complete opposite. After the cut, my hair became twice as difficult to handle. If I don’t wash and style it immediately, it looks like a total mess – I can’t even go out without feeling self-conscious. I got my nails done on Monday and almost all of them chipped by Wednesday. I first messaged Dan’s with pictures of the chipping and they didn’t not respond at all. Then I had to call and go in but they were rude about it and all about finding excuses. I get my nails done year round and this is absolutely the WORST nail salon I’ve ever been. Never coming back.
