Recently purchased a Cheat Cove townhome as a first time home buyer, and so far I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. Molly our sales agent was extremely helpful throughout, and her and the team of project managers were quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had along the way. Agent we dealt with was terrible. Picked a lot and floor plan to begin the build, then told that floor plan wouldn't work. After several different floor plans were picked out, we were still told none of them would work. Asked what would fit, and they wouldn't provide us with an answer. Total lack in communication.
