My neurodivergent teen daughter recently participated in Dan's You Turn Resiliency program and it has been SO helpful for her in managing her anxiety and impulses. She has learned to stop and think before impulsively providing unnecessary feedback along with a host of skills to manage stress and negative feedback loops. I highly recommend working with Dan if you have a teen in need of coping skills. He is very patient and relatable as well as funny!
