I had a great experience working with Dan to buy a vacation home in Sonoma. He was knowledgeable and responsive throughout the process and attuned to my specific needs and preferences. He also really helped with advice and input on the areas I knew little about like renovation estimates and what disclosure issues to worry about vs. not. I plan to continue to work with Dan for any future real estate transactions in the Bay Area.
