You look into buying a vehicle and no one calls you back. Put in for a specific truck and they sold out from under me. Ask to send in on a different vehicle. Guess what no response. Terrible customer service.
I asked specifically about the 2007 Accord and the salesmen kind of paused and said the car was sold yesterday and then started in on all the other great cars they had. This was a week ago and I just looked at Cargurus and the car is STILL listed for sale. Appears like the old bait and switch. A great deal to attract interest but no substance.
