After suddenly losing my mom, I needed to find a realtor to sell her house and I lived in Colorado. I researched plenty of realtors in the Modesto area and came across Dan’s profile. What I loved about it was he was down to earth and genuine. I interviewed him and he gave me a great presentation on everything that he and his team would do to sell our home. Dan was very helpful and patient throughout the process of selling my mobile home. Even though the biggest issue was with the park owners, he forged ahead, and now the house is sold.
