Whomever and wherever you might be thinking of taking your this isn't the place. Service manager refuses to admit a technician screwed up my locking system and expects me to pay for the repair. First, the technician completely botched the job of replacing front door latches - after which both windows would not completely close and made the car sound like it was going through a wind tunnel. Don’t bother with this dealership. They are filled with liars and false promises. We are in the market for a minivan and started at the North Hampton dealership. We were looking for new preferably but could go used. We were told they had no new inventory but had some used available to test drive. After driving and reviewing the price I pointed out the cost of a 3 year old used was the same price as a new car so why bother. We went to Dan O’Brien, and met two of the nicest people anyone could have met. Their names are Matt and Eric, they are the nicest men you would want to know. Both of them are very friendly, very respectful, and most of all very truthful. They will bend over backwards to help you get into a ride. We were not disappointed. If you do go for a new ride, please look for Matt and Eric. 😀
They keep your car to register it on your behalf (whether you want them to or not) but do not tell you until after you sign the paperwork, and it is not stated anywhere. Despite telling you that you can take it home the same day of purchase. I was informed that it was just what the dealership did, and they would be keeping it for only 5 days. I wanted to purchase a new Kia Telluride. I found the car I wanted at Dan O'Brien Kia in Norwood, Massachusetts. I looked at the sticker price and went into the showroom to discuss the final steps. At that time I was shocked to learn what the real price was: Dan O'Brien Kia demanded $5,000 OVER the sticker (MSRP) price. If you like being price gouged, you will simply love Dan O'Brien Kia. I didn't like the price gouging, so I left. I am not going back. I hope I have saved you a trip.

Ian and Ben are the worst sales men .. I am the person that dont write reviews but This place sucks.. I had to save some one else from tje head ache I bought my car over a month ago and they still have not registered the car.. They had me drive an hour one day for service on the car i didnt get any thing done i left with the battery in my trunk not put in..
I have had less than pleasant experiences I would not recommend and will never purchase a car from there again
