I absolutely 100% despise car hop and do not recommend them to anyone !!!! I got my car last September 2019 and I've had problems with it ever since! First it was a fuel pump, fuel tank leak that had to be repaired, the heat did not work and some more, I tried to return the car but I missed the 7 day grace period by two days, so they thought they were doing me a favor by fixing those issues free of charge. They are willing to lie and cheat customers in order to get them to buy cars from them. Don't make promises that you have no intention of honoring in the future. Customers that put their money and trust into you. Make on time payments. owing less than half the original price. Bad Business

Don't buy here there crooks who take advantage of people in bad situations I got a 7k dollar car from them and within 2 weeks the speedometer broke traction control messed up and it broke down so I had to pay to get it towed to 1 of there warranty shops who couldn't figure out what was wrong with it so CarHop forced me to take it to another warranty repair shop of there's,just to find out it's 700 in repairs that isn't covered by warranty,car needed a tune up and ingnition module,you would think that they would of done that ... read more

Daughter got a car yesterday, already over heating, oil light keeps coming on nail in tire and very high miles. Tell her that’s all she can get. How can people take advantage of a single mother trying to work 2 jobs . Don’t go to car hop in Everett .
They are the worst car company ever! I was able to trade my car for a new one 4 days later it broke down I was told it would be a quick fix it's going on 5days and still not fixed. My payment Is due 2/26 and they are asking me why I need to put the payment back if they're fixing what's wrong with it? 1st I just got the car from them 2nd the money that goes into taxis is quite expensive especially when my son has therapy 3x a week and 2 school age children. They are insensitive to the situation. There whole setup is horrible.
Slimy company puts a starter killer on your car and before you know it, they will use it. Also it will kill your starter so even when you pay them, you have to replace the starter in your car. Ohhhhh, they don't help do that either, even though it's their fault it killed your starter. Do Not Do business here.
