Been there many times previously and even have a membership. Went there today and my friend and I was asked for our I'd at the door, we have a uk driving license and was turned down saying they don't accept international driving licenses. Won't be going back again
Easy of parking just out the front, limited Japanese beer or whisky selections and there is some competitor pricing in the store; team are quite quick to acknowledge when to open more registers.

Ok, i was trying to buy something special online but couldn't and then tried to get help from Dan chat bot and couldn't... so went online, found an adresses and sent a complaint I did not expect to hear back from... but I did... and they sent the product... 25% off...
