I am a building engineer. I am responsible for MANY commercial buildings and a few residential homes. This company is truly amazing and a pleasure to work with. I have never had to call them back to fix a mistake, they are always VERY transparent, and keep their word. I have been working with them for a while and have NEVER been lied to, price gouged, or sold any services I did not need.
While driving on the freeway, one of the servicemen in a white pickup truck rushed me from behind and drove right up on the back of me. It was very scary. I did call the company and report this and the gentleman who answered the phone said he knew where it who it was based on the location that I told him where the driver was going.
