We did all the work, we had to provide the deeds, we had our realtor provide the comps (numerous times), and paid at least triple what the appraisal should have cost. Their appraiser stated that she did not know the area (well, maybe she shouldn't do appraisals in the area then). In the end, the work was not complete and was inaccurate.
