I highly do not recommend going here please choose another location. Very rude and disrespectful. The first time I called I was hung up on. The second time the lady tried to give me for information. I had to ask multiple times to cancel the appointment the same day I made it because they expected me to be able to retrieve paperwork that only they can get.

The service at this clinic is appalling! Apparently, they have an overburdened schedule, which is why they provide such poor service. During my 12-month appointment, no one mentioned that we needed to schedule a 15-month appointment. I had to call and now I’m stuck waiting until almost she’s 17 months old because they’re so busy. It’s clear that they don’t prioritize the well-being of their patients.

My son had an appointment with the neurologist. We waited 6 months for this appointment. When we arrived, after I had to ask for time off work and my child missed school, they told me that the appointment had been canceled. However, I had a message confirming that the appointment was still scheduled for that day. They refused to see us, and we completely wasted our time. Do not go to this clinic.
