Staff are very respectful and always responded when i contacted them.
These people are crooks. I hired their cleaning company to clean the house, they charged me $200 for cleaning. I hired the bug guy to spray when I left, they charged me for bug spray. I provided all paperwork and they still did it. The owner was great, the rental company - crooks.
Legends staff is very respectful and conciderate. They ensured me and my family had a very easy move!
Cannot recommend as a property manager. I don't know what they managed because we only heard from them about 4 times over the course of 2 years of renting. Very poor communication, you can't get a hold of anyone at their office. I've called during regular business hours and tried everyone's extension just to see, no one not even operator answers. The worst agency I have ever seen. They rarely answer e-mails, phone calls, text messages and tried to hold a deposit with No Reason. When I reply with certified mail rejecting, they didn't answer. I guess reporting this to the FDACS is the next step to get a solution. It's been about TWO months since we moved and we haven't had a solution. Terrible experience.
