I was selling my house with my ex-boyfriend. Dan was so patient and understanding during this time!! His team kept us informed and up to date in everything. Sold our house first day!! Even stepped up and finished all repairs ex didn't. Dan' s team is amazing!!!
We had a home under contract where Mr. Long was the listing agent. The sellers backed out and changed their mind. We get it, things happen. That's understandable. We are trying to move on to find another home to buy and Mr. Long has refused to call our agent back. Multiple calls, texts and emails have not been returned. I also understand things get busy from time to time. But refusing to pick up the phone for weeks is not acceptable. If Mr. Long calls our agent back, I will be happy to amend or delete this review.
