Sells junk vehicles and campers he refused to pop it down for me when I was looking at it and said you can when you buy it. Only to get it home to find out the top is riding out by the air conditioner. He stated that it was in good condition had it priced at $3,000 and would not come down. He knows nothing about what he's selling. And will Dodge as many questions as possible. He will only tell you what it needs after you give him money and can no longer back out of your deals.
