I’m on vacation typing this I’m so unsatisfied.... I chose one hour heating and air because of their mission statement which is “always on time or you don’t pay a dime”, and I am getting the total run around currently from this company. On may 16th I called to get somebody out to check my a/c because I had a leak. I would not recommend Dan King for any kind of services. Charged me $77 service charge to come out and the service tech had to call his friends for help on removing a park. I was then told they would have to cut to the sheetrock and it would be $1,500 plus I would have to hire someone to fix and replace the sheetrock. I called another company for a second opinion. My problem was fixed for $300, and know the service tech did not call anybody to ask for help on how to remove apart. I would never use them for anything again. I ... read more
