I can't say enough about the great job Dan did in selling our home. Our house sat on the market for 6 months before Dan took over. He sold our home in 10 days for full price with multiple offers. Dan was always available to answer our questions from listing to closing!!! Thank you, Dan!!!!!

Dan took on our home listing after over a year on the market. We met him at one of his open houses. At the time we were listed with an agent friend of ours and were very clear that we had no intention of changing agents. I can't possibly recommend Dan highly enough. He help my wife and I find our first house. Dan's patience was that of a saint as we dragged him all over northeast Illinois trying to find a house that worked for us. He was always available for questions and always responded very quickly to all questions and requests from us. He's the best.
