Just had an absolute awful time at Dan Hecht in Effingham, I wouldn’t advise anybody to ever go there. No salesman came out to greet us, and when I called asking for some assistance, I was told “we’re all busy” Didn’t even tell me “let me get someone to help you” What a absolute joke of a dealership.

We walked in and spoke with a salesman and they were able to blow the other dealerships offer out of the water with no hassle or run around. It was great to feel like my business was actually appreciated and not expected.
