My experience with Dan Hanell construction. In October they came and bid on replacing my skylight in my condo. It was 70 & 80 degree weather then. I heard nothing from them for 2 weeks. I called a member of my HOA to find out what the delay was. He gave me the name of the company that they had picked (I wanted a different company).
