Only sent partial order. Took 30 days to arrive. Attempted to contact them and was blocked. Disputed charges with bank.
Myself and somebody else I know of each ordered merchandise from team fitzgerald inc months ago. Money was deducted from our accounts for payment but we never received the merchandise we ordered. Lots of attempts have been made to contact the company via email and phone. I also inquired about my order on their facebook page and was then blocked from further commenting on their page.
Business response:
This was a simple oversight, based on high holiday sales volumes. We had a sudden and unplanned shortage of some product from our suppliers, thus putting us behind. This is typical for most online sales companies during the Holiday seasons. We have no idea what happened, as for the social media issue. The customer service for this business is absolutely terrible. They do not ship to the correct address provided. If you have questions, they will not respond to you by email or phone. They will provide you with ZERO help with any issue you may come across. Their products may be good, but customers beware that they will lift no fingers to help you beyond accepting your money.
