Wow wish I would of read all the reviews online before ordering close to 6 months ago! Never received order and tried contacting them through email and phone with no response.....
Ordered product on a sale , 5 to 7 days shipping. Ordered Aug 1 today Aug 24 th. Still no product. Sent numerous requests into their customer service and eventually they said I should be receiving an email from shipping company, well no information and no product. I have ordered numerous times and only on 1 occasion did I get my product on time. Once I had to wait months even after filling a complaint. Worst company ever to deal with. Good product but the worse to deal with no care for the customer.

I don’t understand all the awful reviews, maybe something happened over covid that made it hard to operate business. I know it has for me! These guys are honest and know the industry they are in, i placed my order for some cover/attractant scents, a video, and a signed hat! Got it within a week!! Quality products and great people. Ordered product in November of 2018 and here it is February 2021 and still nothing. Obviously they need the money worse than me. I have read all the complaints here as well as their pathetic responses. Scam artists and I hope the AG takes them down now that they have filed a cease and desist order and are investigating. Good Christian people and Company? not even close.
Ordered the lifetime deer dander deal from them 2 months later i get an email saying it wasn't available anymore and they would sell me 6 bottles for the same price.I wasn't happy about it but replied to the email i would accept the deal 5 months later now i have yet to get a confirmation or the product I ordered or at least my money back . I have emailed them 10 times called with no answer .
*** & *** have always run this business very amateur like and cannot believe the MI Secretary of State has not pulled their license and prohibited them from every operating again. They bombard you with e-mails promoting specials that go unfulfilled. I have placed orders with them over the last 10 or so years and only once has my order been correct. My wife and I started a business and we reached out to Team Fitzgerald to discuss promoting our products. I grew up watching *** and *** and had tremendous respect for them as outdoorsmen. In addition they are outspoken fellow Christians so we felt like we could trust them. I ordered their Deer Dander 2 years ago. My order shows as "pending" on their website and have yet to receive my order. I have emailed at least a dozen times about refunding my money and have yet to receive a reply. The order was only $30 but it's my hard earned money. They are scam artists. After 4 months I read many of the company reviews and they have done this to 1000's of people. I would not recommend spending your money with this company unless you are willing to part with it for not return.
