This is more like zero stars! The lack of communication and professionalism is off the charts! I will never do business with them again!
I’d give him 0 stars if I could. He’s literally a scammer. Takes in however many applications, keeps the checks and you’ll never hear from him again. Don’t even know how he has a license.
Going on 3rd week in rental property managed by Dan & Shannon. Still waiting for garbage cans & service (pet waste is piling up) as well as other move-in repairs. The leasing process was terrible, Shannon was rude on the phone, slow to reply and made multiple contract mistakes. These folks give Berkshire Hathaway a terrible black eye. We plan to buy in one year, and will definitely not be using the realty company.
Lacking in attention to detail, professionalism. and timeliness. I was surprised to learn that mine wasn't the first property they've managed.
I have worked with Dan and Shannon and been very pleased with their level of professionalism and expertise. I have purchased 4 properties through them so far.
