Told me when price dropped. Someone communicated what great offer. It was still available. Showed more pictures and pertinent information on car. Asked if I had questions .wanted to set up time for test drive. Gave numbers for helpfulness and showed concern for offering any help or assistant with any vehicle. I haven't made up my mind on what vehicle I want yet. Thank you .

Spoke to a sales person over the phone, let them know I was on my way to purchase the vehicle. My travel time is 2 hours, one way. I gave them the time of arrival. Upon getting there, right on time, I was informed that they sold the car. I reminded them that I had to drive 2 hours just to get there. Their only response was to try to up-sell a fresh trade for more money. The least they should have done is paid for a full tank of fuel, for that is what my go home with nothing trip cost me, not including time.
Took a couple days to respond that car had already sold.
Wanted full price on a vehicle that has a broken taillight among other things.
