No call back after speaking to the call center two times a week apart. Charlotte Irrigation came out the next day.
Called Dan and asked for a quote to explain my sprinkler system at my house in Punta Gorda. Just purchased my house in November and it already had a lawn irrigation system installed. What an experience, Dan sent out a crew to my house, The foreman explained the existing controller to me and how to use it. He noticed that part of my existing display was not displaying all of the digits on the lcd display. After showing it to me, I asked how much to replace the screen. They were prompt in responding to my repair request, however the service was poor. A 4 hour ETA window was given. This shouldn’t be more than 2 hours. When the technicians arrived I tried to talk to the only one who spoke English, however he was chatting with a female on his phone. Three different times I tried to talk to him but he was on his phone. I finally interrupted him and told him I’d like my irrigation pipe shortened about 3 feet. He told his crew man who then cut my pipe in half making it way too short. They put an... read more
