Would not recommend. I have been dealing with these people since Nov of last year. Everyone was very friendly when I first opened my renters insurance policy but there were changes made to my lease agreement and I ended up going back to my old renters insurance and canceling with state-farm 2 weeks after starting my policy. I received notices saying I would be billed the following month. Great agent - always happy to answer my questions!
I’ve been with this office for several years! There are lots of ups and downs in life, but Dan Blackley’s office (especially Kathy!) has been rock steady. Through two different houses, 2 different careers, and 4 different vehicles! They have always checked in with me, tried to make sure I was ok as a person and then as a customer. I explored a couple of other insurances, but have always come back here and now I’m here to stay. I currently use them for both home and auto and wouldn’t change it for anything!
I have been a client since 1998. I have gone through a life threatening drunk driving car wreck. Who did not have insurance. The drunk driver is still paying State Farm back. A wreck sliding on black ice totaling a car. Both times Kathy has walked me through the process. When I was in the hospital even calling to check on me. We have had boats, camper, cars, rental and now homeowners policy's. I will not go anywhere else. Kathy always explains every policy, what I need and don't need. Beyond great service.
