Me and this agency had a mutual customer who needed assistance with proof of insurance and instead of facilitating it like every other company - they refused to help and made us jump through hoops. 0 for customer service.
Dan has been a saving grace. He has helped us navigate through the insurance process after my mother's passing. He has been very thorough in explaining each step of the way and really took the time to listen and ensure we understood everything while remaining empathetic.
Would not recommend. I have been dealing with these people since Nov of last year. Everyone was very friendly when I first opened my renters insurance policy but there were changes made to my lease agreement and I ended up going back to my old renters insurance and canceling with state-farm 2 weeks after starting my policy. I received notices saying I would be billed the following month. I called and spoke with someone who insured everything was cancelled. 4 months later I’m being billed 70.00 and no one knows anything about... read more
