work was very subpar and actually used old materials..
Won't return my calls about very poor work quality and caulking around my chimney even sent pictures to his phone. In the invoice quoted for $250 tarp and tarp disappears at the end of services. Also try 2 replace part of bad wood until I came on the site and saw it and then they did all of the bad wood. Very poor and unprofessional would not recommend them to my enemy..
Dan and his crew did an excellent job on our home, the final bill was even lower than the original quote and the work was great!
Dan Banks Company did a fantastic job communicating with me from start to finish of my deck and stairs. He graciously visited my home twice to discuss and give me options which fit my budget. He and his crew arrived promptly, safely deconstructed my old and leaning deck and disposed it without a hitch.
