I am extremely disappointed with my experience at HSS. My daughter needed surgery, and I was told someone from the team would contact me with a date. No one ever followed up. I had to chase answers on my own, and the lack of communication was unacceptable. On top of that, the team was very rude and dismissive when I tried to get information.
