Had a great swimming lesson yesterday and my coach Julie was fantastic. Nothing like learning freestyle swimming in an indoor salt water pool!
Cleanest, nicest, most up-to-date equipment you’ll find at a gym in Rochester! The child care ladies are the sweetest too. I’m so glad the child care area changed they’re prices- much more affordable! I love being able to get a hydromassage after my workout too- just amazing! This place has literally changed my life-thank you DAHLC!
