I want to thank the folks at Damron for stepping up to a challenge. I purchased a DIY mini-split and after starting the installation I read the instructions realizing that the unit needs an HVAC professional. They came out and completed the install in an efficient and professional manner. They took the time to patiently explain to my family the proper use of the remote with all the options and settings. I appreciate everything about them and highly recommend them to anybody needing HVAC service.
Have been using them for years. They are always great! We recently moved and I thought we weren't in their service area, but WE ARE! I am so glad. I wouldn't want to use anyone else.

These guys came out two years ago and went above and beyond servicing my ac. I was really impressed so I contacted them on their contact portal 4-5 times over the last 2 weeks and have left 2 voicemails asking to please simply return my call and let me know if they were too busy so I could contact someone else. Very disappointing in the lack of response given all my attempts to reach out and retain their service.
