Such a great spot with ever evolving options from the thoughtful kitchen and educated bar, no wonder it's about to become my Cheers bar. Recent mind blowing plates included the chicken skins (which smell like heaven on Earth), the watermelon, basil crudo special, and the tartar special with the smoked nori crackling. Drinks are spot on and I always enjoy the rotating Vermouth special, because I'm learning something new! Only a matter of time before I have my favorites picked out. Don't wait for it to rain, go now!
