Customer service matters most when people are dealing with some of the hardest moments of their lives. I called after my father’s death seeking general information about the life insurance claims process and was surprised by how dismissive and unhelpful the interaction was. The worst premier customer service I have ever received, so that is false advertising. I was told by Connie McCain, the agent who is in charge of the agency in Damien Shull's daily absence, I complain too much about my bill not being sent on time because when I let them do auto-pay, I was over charged $1,000 and if I did not catch it and complain, I would never have been reimbursed. It took 90 days to be reimbursed, I also called to complain about being reimbursed, and it took them moments to take it directly from my account... read more
