Average food, High prices. – I took my gf there for a nice dinner.. After seeing all the reviews I was a bit disappointed. It was decent food but a bit too over priced. Do not get the tiramasu.. it tastes way too bland.
Great, but not that great. – Great food, but it doesn't have that authentic Italian quality. If you want real Italian, try Da Marco or another Mandola restaurant called La Mora, and check out Simposio. Maybe Damian should focus on roots instead of firing managers because they won't change their Arabic names to Mexican names (see article on Pesce).
An excellent dining experience – Damian's combines superb food with excellent service and atmosphere. I particularly enjoy the seafood selections.
Consistant and friendly – I have enyoyed this restaurant for the last 17 years and it has maintained its personality over that period of time. My wife and I feel it matches our personal needs and take advantage of it whenever we eat out alone
GREAT – I HAVE DINED AT DAMIANS FOR A NUMBER OF YEARS ON MANY VISITS BOTH FOR PERSONAL PLEASURE AS WELL AS ENTERTAIN INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS. WHEN A RELAXING EXCELLENT QUALITY ITALIAN FOOD IS REQUESTED WE GO TO DAMIANS.
Scrumptions Osso Bucco – The best Osso Bucco in town. Hands down. It is so flavorful. I want every bite, even the marro. The Sicilian salad is the right combination of parmesan cheese, oil, onions, black olives and tomatoe. The Sea Bass is moist and spiced just right on a bed of white beans. Overall good basic italian.
