STAY AWAY FROM MMI. They have hidden service charges!!! I received the bill and was charged a "new patient" fee even though I had seen Dr. Roussel before. I told them I was an existing patient and they even confirmed my record upon check-in!! Weeks later they tell me that since it had been over 2 years since my last visit that they were going to charge me $500. No notice. If they had said that up front, I would have cancelled my appointment and gone somewhere else.
I am very pleased with my appointment and the way everyone took the time to explain my injury. They made me feel great and helped me understand how to proceed in order to heal quickly. I highly recommend Dr. Roussel And look forward to my follow up visit. Top notch group of people- They ROCK!
