Being new to the area there were many things that were important about finding a new vet. We have 2 Golden Retrievers that won't take monthly Heartworm medicine, so we had to find a vet that gave ProHeart6 Injections. Dames Point is one of 5 listed as having the injections in all of Jacksonville. Another critical piece to us was that the doctor and hospital had to be AAHA certified. Dr Lee is the best... I started going there with my Chumly kitty when she first started 20 years ago.... you can trust your babies with her....
Love love love Dr Lee and her entire staff. They constantly take the most excellent care of my Yuna and my problem child Rocko. They are patient, loving, and professional. They take great care of me too :)
Absolutely LOVE the staff & care at Dames Point Animal Hospital! We've been taking our 5 year old female lab/aussie mix to them since we moved to Jax about a year ago & they're always so great with her. She's very anxious & they're so patient. We also just started taking our 8 week old Catahoula Leopard dog to them & she LOVES them as well! They gave us a free toy & free bag of Science Diet for puppies plus all the information I could ever need haha. They also have a 10% military discount!
Dr. Lee and her wonderful staff took care of my Jo Jo from the time he was 2 years old until last year at the ripe old age of 14 1/2 years old. I really believe that the care he got kept him going for so long, that and possibly his long stubborn streak! Now she is working with my Shadow in her battle with cancer. Shadow was diagnosed with cancer 2 weeks after Dr. Lee put Jo Jo down. Thank you Dr. Lee and staff!
Dr Lee has been Samantha's veterinarian since she was barely 7 months old and she is turning 11 this year! Always taking care of our baby, remembers our family history and her team is great. We started to bring Samantha alone and now coming here with our almost 3 year old daughter.
My first visit with my puppy was amazing! Dr. Lee and the staff are kind, understanding, knowledgable, and thorough. I was informed of all their services and felt confident I have put my puppy's health in the right hands.
