I bought power cable for my ford side door, I was told it can be returned if it doesn’t fit when I paid for it but when I tried to return first they said it’s unrelated item then they said we will as kind of “courtesy” but they will charge me 25% of the original price for shipping it back, I decided not to go with this and to make any business there again.

Staff at this location were disrespectful and made racist remarks. Due to their behavior, I would not recommend this location, especially to those who are sensitive.
Took my 2004 Ranger in for warranty work. I removed the radiator fan and wanted to see if they'd notice. They did not. They said I needed a new serpentine belt. I bought the belt from them and changed it myself. Old belt looked fine to me - see picture. And because they didn't mention the missing fan, I don't think they even looked. They quoted me $600 in labor to change a door lock cylinder. I bought the cylinder and did it myself in 1 hour. Their prices are crazy high.
