Everyone Was Helpful Everyone was helpful and respectful, from the woman in the office who directed me to my service writer, to the shuttle driver who took me to work. Also the heads up on the condition of my brakes was appreciated. You didn't try to sell me something I didn't need yet.
good Service The sales experience at Damerow was very good the deal had been made over the phone and only took about 1 hour once I got to the dealership, There was to hassles or bait and switch during the process.

Dealer sells unsafe used vehicles and doesn't care Purchased a used vehicle, with low mileage, from Damerow Ford. Before the I even got home the coolant light came on. I added more coolant, a few days later the coolant light came on again. This problem continued. I took it to a mechanic who found hydro carbons in the cooling system which indicates it has either a cracked head or a blown head gasket. I've lost total power at 55 MPH four times now. I am relocating out of the country and needed to sell my 2019 Ford raptor. On 2/26, I visited Damerow Ford to sell my truck. We negotiated a number, they would pay off my truck and I would get an equity check (owed less than the offer). One month later, I still haven’t received my check, and when I call for an update, I get the run around. I was told “we’re waiting on the title before we can release a check to you”. Bad News! First of all I have never written a bad review in my life, yet my experience at Damerow Ford certainly warrants one. The only positive remark I can state is, my salesperson was polite. The sale was uncomfortable, and I fell for the OLDEST TRICK IN THE BOOK. I was low balled on my trade in, and was made to believe that their counter offer included a service contract, only to find out later after sitting down with financial that it was rolled up into loan, and my loan was extended into 84 months.
