Everyone Was Helpful Everyone was helpful and respectful, from the woman in the office who directed me to my service writer, to the shuttle driver who took me to work. Also the heads up on the condition of my brakes was appreciated. You didn't try to sell me something I didn't need yet.

Dealer sells unsafe used vehicles and doesn't care Purchased a used vehicle, with low mileage, from Damerow Ford. Before the I even got home the coolant light came on. I added more coolant, a few days later the coolant light came on again. This problem continued. I took it to a mechanic who found hydro carbons in the cooling system which indicates it has either a cracked head or a blown head gasket. I've lost total power at 55 MPH four times now.
