The staff was courteous and friendly went in for hip replacement surgery. However surgery was cancelled as Doctor called in sick so will have another chance to review hospital

Dameron hospital is a joke. I'm 35 weeks pregnant and have been having complications with gall bladder stones for a month now. I have always went to dameron and they have always taken great care of me but lately they have been horrible since they don't have an ob/ prenatal care there anymore. This is ridiculous I do not understand why they would stop treating pregnant women this hospital is only a few blocks from my house. I do not have transportation to other hospitals. They seen my mom pretty quick and took a lot of test which was good. She waited a lil long for her room but finally got her comfortable.

This is by far the worst hospital. I'm pregnant they did lab work and didn't even test my urine.. my primary doctor discovered I had a severe uti the next day at my follow up apt which is causing bad complications. They just order tests so they can bill your insurance a bunch of money !!! Frauds!!!!!

Such a bad customer service at your Medical Billing Department! I spoke to Maria in your billing department to get status of medical billing record. She said, I have to faxed in a request. The request were mailed along with the check, a check has been cashed but a month ago but I haven't received the record and she has the audacity give me an attitude and tell me to fax a request so she doesn't have stay on the phone all they long.
