I have a child with special needs, which causes us to miss appointments sometimes. I was in touch with them and trying to work out being there. When I explained to the receptionist, she was not listening about WHY we missed, only that it was a pattern and that we owed them money. I ended up hanging up in tears. We will never go back.
RecommendedNot a fan of dentist appointments but they are the BEST. No more worries. They make it comfortable painless and great people to take care of you.. Want the best look no farther.
RecommendedBEST OF THE BEST!!! The entire office is amazing. Dr. Laura is excellent on getting us numb for procedures when so many others have failed. We are moving to Forsyth but will NEVER leave Dameron Dental. They are exceptional.

I was wrongly billed 100. I called and disputed the bill and yet they sent it to a collection agency! I disputed it with the collection agency and they agreed with me and removed it from my report. I have a client base locally of over 7500 clients and they are appalled at the treatment I received. I will NEVER return!
I use to go here, but after they cracked one of my teeth during a filling I experienced non-stop pain whenever eating or drinking. After multiple attempts to "fix my tooth" (which I had to pay for) they admitted that they "caused the break when filling a cavity." I ended up having to go to another dentist which was able to fix my tooth right away. I would not go back here. Poor quality of work. Too expensive. Dishonest dentists.
My first visit impression is exceptional, personal and professional service! I particularly liked Dr. Laura's explanation of problems, potential problems and presentation of options. Office personnel could not have been any nicer--Abby, Suzanne and Linda, thank you! Easy traffic location and easy parking, too!
Nice folks. Equipment and facility almost new. Been going there for at least 5 years. Very conservative and cost effective treatment. Highly recommend!
I have been going to the Damerons for the last 16 years . It is always a very pleasant experience, wonderful staff , wonderful dentist and I always enjoy seeing everyone.
