The stylists and the owner are the most unprofessional group of people I’ve EVER encountered in this industry. What’s worse is they charge upscale salon prices and provide the worst service possible. My daughter paid $200 for a balayage and walked out of there looking like she just dunked her head in bleach at home. The top layer was an uneven yellow bleach job with the under layer completely dark, as well as a whole line of roots on top as if she’d just grown out a bad bleach job.
