Damaris was awesome through the entirety of selling our home. Walking us through each step in the process as well as working hard to always keep us informed whenever new information arrived. Her and her team were always super helpful and always prompt with responding to any questions we had. We highly recommend anyone in the area interested in buying or selling their homes to reach out

Damaris Royalty Realtor service was top-notch from start to finish. Their communication and responsiveness during the sale process was excellent. Fine points in service like them doing a final mail pickup and forward to our new location, and collecting WiFi Router that was serving the home security system and dropping at UPS to be returned to provider were much valued and appreciated. I recommend them for your realty business without reservations.

Through every obstacle, uncertainty, and delay, Damaris remained patient, supportive, and committed to helping us reach our goal of homeownership. What stood out most was that she genuinely cared about us as people. We never felt like just another transaction or commission check. She took the time to understand our situation, answer our questions, calm our worries, and advocate for us every step of the way. Her professional... read more
