Damaris is the BEST realtor we have had!! We had all kinds of obstacles from the start. We didn't live in the area we were moving to, the home didn't appraise for sale price, a piece of the property wasn't deeded properly, the selling realtor went on vacation, and probably more that I can't recall off the top of my head.
