Very professional and knowledgeable. Never an easy situation to deal with when damage occurs and Leo and his team acted very quickly to satisfy both the tenant and landlord. Appreciate the fact he is reachable directly and will respond even at off hours and weekends and will make sure the client is satisfied. Highly recommend!

I called to inquire about the companies service and Julia from customer service was extremely rude with assisting. Very nasty customer service. That’s not the first interaction you like to have with a company but in some ways I’m glad I did because the company might actually mirror Julia’s lack of professionalism.
