Ordered a t mold for a customer of mine that matched the flooring we put in. I was told it would take 2 weeks to arrive. After a couple months, DWF emailed me saying the t mold is on back order BUT i can get it faster if i pay MORE money.(i guess paying more makes it in stock). I called Cameron with Crest Home Solutions in Chattanooga and he got me the “back ordered piece” NEXT DAY for half the original price. This is not an honest business.
We replaced our entire flooring with LVP. The Soho line they sell is beautiful, durable and a better value than you’ll get at the big box stores. Thank you Ivan for being knowledgeable and extremely helpful throughout our experience
