Everyone extremely nice. The store employee who helped us with what we said we wanted was new. Someone was assigned to come out and view our project. After Josiah, the store manager saw the pictures and some of the specs, he said that the LVT click lock was probably was not good for our needs. We have an older home and the area to be refloored was large and rooms connected. It would require extreme sub flooring prep and still might not be good for the LVT we had picked out. I recently purchased a home here in Chattanooga, the movers were coming in a week. I needed new carpet installed before the furniture arrived. Gage and his team went above & beyond to ensure that the carpet i wanted was installed within that week. The carpet looks & feels great! Many thanks to DWF on Gunbarrel Road.
Ivan was our sales representative. He did not hover, he did not nag, he DID make himself available when we needed him. The entire team there was receptive to banter, but still professional. Even Twin the warehouse go-to! We purchased LVP and also Spanish tile (with transition pieces). We are very happy with the products. Dalton Wholesale will be the first name we drop to folks asking for flooring recommendations.
DWF has a huge selection, but a very unorganized install system. I was employed here for a short time and had to deal with many upset customers. Most issues were from inability to install correctly or promises not kept to customers. I would just be very careful when contracts are deviated or rushed. There are some employees who really try their best but others who handle everyday operations recklessly.
Ordered a t mold for a customer of mine that matched the flooring we put in. I was told it would take 2 weeks to arrive. After a couple months, DWF emailed me saying the t mold is on back order BUT i can get it faster if i pay MORE money.(i guess paying more makes it in stock). I called Cameron with Crest Home Solutions in Chattanooga and he got me the “back ordered piece” NEXT DAY for half the original price. This is not an honest business.
