Used an agent with Dalton Wade to buy a new home. The agent promised to rebate us $1,000 of his commission but never delivered. I contacted Phil Wade, his broker. Phil said he spoke to the agent, who promised to send a check right away. No check has arrived, so I contacted Phil Wade again. No response from Phil Wade. I do not recommend using Dalton Wade.

Read some reviews about DaltonWade and was compelled to post. Been buying homes for 30 years, over 50 of them personally. Getting told the opposite of the truth is never a great feeling. When it comes to homes, those things costs a lot of money. I am a reasonable person, but I would never by a thimble from these folks.

Judie McFarland had nothing to do with the transaction other than worry about her commission checks the morning of the closing. She actually left a review for our Company stating we hadn't sent copies of her checks. Look for someone who actually cares about the transaction as a whole!
