Live Here! Moved in and on my 2nd lease. Definitely a great environment for my family. The Manager is wonderful and always friendly. Everyone here is so helpful. IF I do have any issues they are fixing them almost immediately. I have a dog and they have dog park with a doggie playground in it. No one else around Dalton has that to offer. Only thing I wish for would be a few more parking spaces.
Happy long time Resident Just renewed for my 6th year here! I love the view and always walking across the street to Walmart or Kohl's. The new management is dedicated to upgrading this property and I love what I'm seeing. The only negative I might mention would be I wish the pool was larger!
Just Renewed Lease for 3rd year. We moved in July 2014.Overall apartments are very spacious and this is one of the few complexes that offers 2 full baths with 2 BR units. Kitchen is small but does include a pantry for storage. Structure was built in 1972 so complex does show signs of wear and tear.The plumbing from time to time requires a jump start with a plunger but personally I think this is an easy fix. What pool season? First off, the site says that Chalet Valley has one of the longest pools seasons in the area. Starting from mid April to October. It is now mid June and there is no sign of the pool opening any time soon. Plus you have to constantly remind the management about any apartment repairs. And that is if you can even get a hold of anyone without going directly to the office when it is open at the right time. And you can forget it if you have a car and get home late. Chalet Valley Values all of their residents and enjoys having them here as a part of this wonderful community. Chalet Valley upgraded and renovated the pool area and fencing this year. Work orders can be turned into the office in person, by phone, by email, or by completing a service request in the lobby. Work orders are entered in the a system for tracking and responded to in a first come basis, work orders are issued to maintenance upon receiving them.
