Very disappointing experience with Dalton Toyota Service regarding my 2026 Toyota Sienna. I brought the vehicle in because of a loud, abnormal noise coming from underneath the seat near the hybrid battery area. Instead of taking the concern seriously and properly diagnosing it, I was simply told the noise was “normal.” It was not normal. I later took my 2026 Sienna to Kearny Mesa Toyota for the exact same concern. "I left my car at this service department and didn't go back for it, thinking these people were honest and would return it to the dealership, and that it had been repossessed. Instead, they drove it for 20,000 miles while the title was still under my name, used up the entire warranty, and now they are charging me for all the mileage they put on the car. They are thieves, acting just like shady, back-alley mechanics. What a disappointment from such a reputable company with such good cars, allowing this type of consumer abuse.... read more
