This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star! ‼BEWARE‼to all my fellow Subaru peeps that have custom rims DO NOT take your car to this spot to be services. I took my car in for the routine maintenance and ended up with broken lug nuts and broken studs. You would think they would have fixed what they did but instead they started to play the blame game blaming the last Subaru dealership. My rims were perfect before taking the car in. I recently went in for an oil change. I was charged over $100 for the oil change, but they did NOT check my fluids. When I asked checking out the service rep said, “we don’t do that here.” They also gave me a laundry list of service recommendations, one in which was over $4k. When I asked for proof, they said they do not do that there and did not have it. How in the world do they expect customers to shell out that kind of money without proof? At face value?!
