I've come here a couple of times for standard maintenance. Last time they told me I had a laundry list's worth of things wrong with my Subaru, repairs that would be well over $2,000 which frankly I didn't have. I went to a different dealership where they did a full video walkthrough of my vehicle and couldn't find any of the issues this one mentioned. This one also stripped the lugnut on one of my tires and then quoted $200 to fix it. I will likely not be returning.
Service advisor was rude and didn't know what they were talking about when discussing what I wanted to do along with the typical service (i.e. wrong number of cylinders). I usually work on my own car and I should've saw that as a sign to not give my car. They also were clearly not wanting to deal with the other services I was requesting and I had to insist that I wanted it done. I got my car back with some of the plastic trim pins missing. Cars were backed up in service line, very disorganized system of check-in to start. Although I had an appointment scheduled, they have no system for appointments. Then I was told my service advisor was busy and it would be 15-20 minutes before he’d be able to check me in. And, despite me describing in detail the part & part number that I needed replaced, they were not prepared for the scheduled repair and are not sure if they have it in stock.
