Didn't discuss roots anywhere in contract which clearly stated they would excavate everything up to a certain depth. Previous homeowner removed a tree and had the stump ground. Dalton only had a bobcat and when root where discovered that it couldn't get, their salesman made it my responsibility, paying extra above contract for a backhoe. I also had to pay a stump grinder to cut roots where they continued under the garage. I hired Dalton to replace my asphalt driveway. When they regraded the driveway, ALL the water flowed right to a door in to our basement. This has caused water damage to our home. I called Dalton numerous times, I sent emails, I even offered to pay to have this corrected, but I was never able to get a response. It is now going to cost me more than the original project to have this fixed.
