If you're buying a house represented by this guy I would beware. He lied to out realtor about pretty much everything in order to sell the house. 👎 Not a fan
Dalton did an amazing job. My daughter had originally listed her home as a FSBO and Dalton cold called us to discuss listing it, along with multiple other agents. He differentiated himself from the first call right through closing. We withdrew the home from a FSBO and listed with him. From the first meeting he took control of the sale, worked to get the house into better shape in order to sell and assured us that we were kept in the loop.
