Perfect Family Community I just moved to Hot Springs and found these apartments and couldn’t be more happy with them. I moved here for college a few months ago and everyone has been nothing but kind to me. I looked at a lot of other choices in Hot Springs but the friendliness of the management staff is what sold me. The management is very mean My mom went in there to fill out a application and had everything and was ready to apply, the leasing Agent Beth. She was handling my moms app we got everything in and once she received the application she called my mom she was on speaker and my family heard a very demeaning and evil tone and she was demanding addresses and labels of each time my mom was paid. MONEY HUNGRY DO NOT RENT AN APARTMENT HERE!!! Two years later they placed a collection of over $800 on my credit. NEVER called or anything...said I moved out early on a month to month lease???? Charged me another month in additional to forfeiting my deposit. REFUSED to lower the amount if I took care of it ASAP. Owner denied request. What a nice person...NOT! STAY AWAY FROM THESE APTS! PLEASE!
Great place to live I lived here for more than 6 months and absolutely loved it. The managerial staff were excellent and very caring and maintenance was very helpful and always got the job done correctly. The apartment was very clean and payment was always easy to make either in person, by phone, or via drop box on site. Never had any problems with the neighbors. Only downside was the parking. Great location, cute studios!!! I lived there for 8 years in a studio. I loved the location, the place, and the staff!!! I recommend it!!!
Best apartments!!! I like Villa del Mar Apartments...maintenance, service... everything!
