The managers and maintenance staff go far and beyond the call of duty in making Forrest Hills a wonderful and enjoyable place to live. Home Sweet Home I have lived with the property for almost five years. I have shared life changing moments with the management team who have been nothing but great to work with, and quick to respond to any needs I had. The maintenance man is always keeping the property clean and takes care of any of the problems if they arise. You’ll love being here!

Excellent I have lived out here since they were built, and I absolutely love it. The apartments are nice and spacious. It's a place you can make it your own home. The management is the best. If anything is broke or goes out, make the one phone call and its fixed. There is so much to living here. You are out of town. It's quite, the grounds are kept up and a clean place. Perfect Family Community I just moved to Hot Springs and found these apartments and couldn’t be more happy with them. I moved here for college a few months ago and everyone has been nothing but kind to me. I looked at a lot of other choices in Hot Springs but the friendliness of the management staff is what sold me. The management is very mean My mom went in there to fill out a application and had everything and was ready to apply, the leasing Agent Beth. She was handling my moms app we got everything in and once she received the application she called my mom she was on speaker and my family heard a very demeaning and evil tone and she was demanding addresses and labels of each time my mom was paid. A great place to live in Norman I have lived at Brandywine Gardens for the past 5 years. If it wasn't for me relocating to Tulsa I probably would have lived here for several more years. The price is great and the whole staff here is very pleasant and friendly. I have always felt safe here and have never had any major issues. Kent the maintenance man is the best!
